Pilates and Ballet – Grace and Strength

Could you be a ballerina and a pilates superstar at the same time. If so, give this workout a go. No equipments other than a mat is necessary.

It begins with the ballet workout then adds in the mat training. Although, theĀ  workout itself is good. I agree with reviews of others that the music is somewhat annoying. I would definitely play my own music and follow along with their volume on low. Personal preference for a different style of music.

Could you workout to this for 45 minutes ?Would you be more apt to love the ballet part or the pilates?
